RETREAT ESSENTIALS

- Escapism is always good for the soul -

It's Fri-YAY and the last thing I feel like doing is packing, but it's neccessary so I turn to my trusty basics that I know will get me through the weekend.

With a very special delivery from Apatchy London I knew I would be all set to pack my favourite beauty products in style.

Of course my Mink Lashes were the first on the list, a particular favourite when travelling as I know they won't get squashed in their secure packaging. The Mink & Co collection is made from luxurious 100% Serbian Fur and have a distinctive, intricate cotton strip to provide comfort when applying and during wear. They can also be used up to 25 times!

If you read my previous post New Beauty Finds you will know how much I adore Giorgio Armani's beauty range. As well as using theGiorgio Armani Lasting Silk UV Foundation I wear the Armani Prive Oranger Alhambra fragrance for a more outdoors scent compared to the Emilio Pucci Vivara I wear in the city.

Apatchy London sell these sophisticated velvet cosmetic pouches - a must have for every handbag to hold your day to day necessities.  Adding your own initials just gives it that extra value as you channel a bit of inner Burberry.

The ultimate watch by Abbott Lyon. The Kensington premium range is a classic staple accessory for any wardrobe. Hand crafted to perfection with a luxury Swiss strap and bespoke British design. The Abbott Lyon signature style is reflected in every timepiece, to compliment any outfit. City chic to country refinery, bridging the gap between classic and contemporary style.

I was a good old palm-of-the-hand kind of girl until I came across the Sigma Beauty brush collection. Late to the game I put on my foundation with their HD Kabuki Brush and never looked back. I highly recommend the whole brush set but these two are essential for foundation and eyeshadow on my travels.
